Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking reliable forklift operators to load and unload materials in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols to support production teams and ensure quality standards are met.

Strong teamwork and a positive attitude are essential. Paid training for forklift certification is available, with comprehensive benefits and various opportunities for growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain forklift certification; training provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and standard warehouse operations.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort and support hand sort pallets according to product specs and maintain quality.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; practice good housekeeping.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

• Wednesday Sunday 430 pm 1 am
• Pay 1750hr

Responsibilities

• Load & Unload with Precision
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and loadunload trailers supporting our production teams
• Safety First Always Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents every shift
• Sort & Support Hand sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met
• Keep It Moving Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency
• Stay Clean & Organized Practice Clean as You Go and help maintain a safe tidy workspace
• Lift & Move Be ready for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but well train and certify you if needed
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations
• Experience in a fast paced production based environment is a plus
• High School Diploma GED or equivalent work experience preferred
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team
