Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our production team in Wisconsin. The role involves loading and unloading with stand-up forklifts, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and supporting production goals while ensuring quality.

We offer great benefits and value teamwork and safety on every shift. AHigh School Diploma or GED is preferred, and training for forklift certification is available if needed.

Qualifications

• Prior stand-up forklift experience and certification preferred, but training is available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with stand-up forklifts to move materials and support production teams.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents on every shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized and practice Clean as You Go.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions during shift.

What Youll Be Doing

• Load & Unload with Precision: Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting our production teams.
• Safety First, Always: Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents, every shift.
• Sort & Support: Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay Clean & Organized: Practice Clean as You Go and help maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift & Move: Be ready for physical work occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift.

What You Bring to the Table

• Prior stand up forklift experience and certification preferred but well train and certify you if needed!
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
