You will coach, train, perform admin duties, oversee operations, schedule shifts, manage inventory and cash handling, and implement directives from upper management. This full-time role requires strong leadership, the ability to work early mornings and late nights, and a commitment to customer service and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 40+ in a fast-paced cafe or similar environment.
• Proven ability to train and coach staff effectively.
• Ability to create weekly shift schedules balancing labor costs and service levels.
• Proficient in cash handling, deposits, and making change.
• Strong focus on health compliance and safety practices.
