Job summary

7 Brew seeks a Store Manager in Punta Gorda, FL to lead the stand’s operations, coach the crew, and uphold company culture. The role includes coaching, training, admin duties, and scheduling to ensure fast service and strong store performance.

You will manage inventory, costs, and safety, while developing new leaders and implementing directives from upper management. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position requiring flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Capable of coaching and training crew while managing operations.
• Able to create weekly schedules and control labor costs.
• Comfortable handling cash, deposits, and change accurately.
• Health and safety standards knowledge and adherence.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth, profitable operation, and uphold culture and values.
• Coach, train, and supervise the stand's crew and shift leads.
• Oversee admin duties and daily stand operations.
• Develop leaders and cascade directives from management.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and cost controls.
• Ensure customer service excellence and proper cash handling.
