Qualifikationen

• 2+ years hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience in training, coaching, and motivating other team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to lead multiple priorities.
• Experience using scheduling tools, labor management, and operational systems.

Aufgaben

• Learn and apply effective leadership practices through coaching, observation, and hands‑on experience.
• Assist in motivating, developing, and supporting team members to achieve performance expectations.
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑energy work environment.
• Model 7 Brew's culture, values, and customer service standards.
• Participate in training, onboarding, and ongoing team development activities for current and future new hires.
• Learn all facets of stand operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, labor deployment, and shift execution.
• Assist with compliance, inventory counts, ordering processes, and product management.
• Rotate through all shift positions and coordinate with Senior Shift Lead on tasks.
• Support promotional activities and maintain signage in line with standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence; balance leadership with hands‑on support.
• Allocate approximately five hours per week for administrative duties.
