Job summary

Brew Horizons LLC is seeking a Stand Manager in Training (MIT) in Springfield to lead operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role prepares you for Stand Manager opportunities across 7 Brew locations via hands-on training, coaching, and exposure to all stand operations.

The MIT collaborates with Stand Managers, District Managers, and teammates to develop leadership skills, while embodying the energy, culture, and values of 7 Brew. 35–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality experience in a leadership capacity.
• Experience training, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
