You will handle sales, assist guests, train new attendants, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Candidates should have hospitality experience, be able to lift 50lbs, and endure extended periods of standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Operate concession stand to ensure smooth service.
• Assist guests with questions and provide friendly service.
• Sell concessions and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Enter sales into POS system and track product movement.
• Take inventory and maintain stock at required levels.
• Train stand attendants and supervise team during events.
• Ensure timekeeping accuracy and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with prep and management to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.

Summary:

Responsible for the successful operation of the concession stand to which he/she is assigned. Supervises staff.

• Performs customer service functions by answering guest questions.
• Sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events.
• Receives payment from customers.
• Enters sales into the POS system to ensure proper tracking of products.
• Takes inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains stock at required operational level.
• Trains stand attendants.
• Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
• Works alongside Prep Director, Supervisor and Management to maintain proper food production levels and quality
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
