Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks professionals to support FTOS functions, including aircrew training support and Stan/Eval tasks. The role focuses on non-flying duties in training squadrons that rated personnel perform as additional duties, with EFB devices and data maintained per MAJCOM directives.

The contractor will manage squadron-issued equipment, maintain inventories, and ensure up-to-date records and publications in line with AFMAN 11-2 and related guidance. On-site work is required.

Competenze

• Two+ years of experience in a DoD operational flying unit or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate training/management systems TIMS, GTIMS and/or PEX.
• Experience with SharePoint websites and communities of practice.
• Microsoft Access experience is highly desired.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Mansioni

• Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements.
• Select members for checkride testing in MS six months before expiration.
• Review student evaluations and report evaluation trends monthly or per local procedures.
• Coordinate with the Stan/Eval officer to review and update records and folders.
• Prepare coordination for the Chief Stan/Eval Officer to update flying publications as needed.
