A leading manufacturing company located in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking a Stamping & Welding Engineer to support stamping, welding, and metal fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in stamping, welding, or metal fabrication.
• Knowledge of stamping dies, tooling, and GD&T.
• Familiarity with PFMEA, control plans, and IATF/APQP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily stamping and welding operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues involving tooling and equipment.
• Optimize stamping and welding processes for new and existing parts.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and tool & die teams.
