  • Lead tooling procurement, installation, validation, and startup activities.
  • Develop process parameters, work instructions, and SOPs.
  • Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate engineering changes and tooling modifications.
  • Support new product launches through tooling readiness.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to meet specifications and drive improvements.
  • Monitor process metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
