Job summary

Jefferson Industries Corporation in West Jefferson, OH is hiring a Production Associate for the Hot Stamp department on 2nd shift. Core hours are Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:30pm or Mon-Thu 4:00pm-12:30am, with a Fri shift for weld lines.

Responsibilities include hot stamp operation, laser cutting support, weld-line duties, and general housekeeping. Eligible benefits include paid vacation, medical options, 401(k) options, bonuses, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand on concrete up to 12 hours.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Hot Stamp Press Operation: set up dies, load blanks, inspect products.
• Laser Cutting Operation: set up and monitor processes, troubleshoot.
• Weld Lines: load/unload parts, change weld-tips, inspect quality.
