• Read blueprints, routings and work instructions.
• Independently set up and operate small stamping presses for quality output.
• Install basic tooling and prepare presses for production runs.
• Stage required materials to minimize startup delays.
• Use calipers/micrometers to verify specs.
• Identify root causes and coordinate repairs with Toolroom/Maintenance.
• Tag materials for traceability; maintain a clean work area.
• Enter production and quality data into the data collection system.
• Follow safety procedures and meet schedules.
