Job summary

INA Solution is seeking a Press / Stamping Production Manager in Forest, MS to lead the press and stamping operations, manage manpower and schedules, and drive quality and productivity improvements. You will coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams, while coaching staff to uphold safety and process standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in metal stamping/press production and 3 years in a managerial role, with strong knowledge of automotive

Job Title: Press / Stamping Production Manager

Duration: Full-Time

Department: Press / Stamping

Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily press/stamping production, manpower, quality, safety, and delivery.


• Plan manpower and production capacity as per production requirements.


• Improve press productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.


• Manage department KPIs, budgets, and production reports.


• Ensure shop-floor standards, procedures, and continuous improvement activities.


• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.


• Train and develop production staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in metal stamping/press production.


• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.


• Experience in automotive production and metal materials.


• Strong knowledge of press equipment, manpower planning, and productivity improvement.


• Knowledge of TS 16949 / IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 preferred.


• Good communication and MS Office skills.


• Willingness to work extended hours/rotating shifts when required.
