  • Calculate monthly and annual production loads and workforce requirements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering departmental costs, KPIs, performance gaps, and corrective action plans.
  • Train and develop salaried department staff.
  • Promote collaboration among production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

Company Overview

A manufacturing company specializing in metal stamping and production operations is seeking an experienced Press Manager to lead its press/stamping department.

Position Summary

The Press Manager is responsible for overall press department performance, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, workforce planning, and employee development. This role leads continuous improvement initiatives, manages departmental budgets and KPIs, and works closely with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.
