Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company is seeking a Senior Plant Engineering Supervisor in the Stamping area to lead maintenance teams and ensure adherence to HMMA policies. You will direct activities, plan schedules, monitor safety, quality, and costs, and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume stamping operation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 5–10 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of PM, maintenance planning, and robotics/AB PLC systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent desired.
• 5–10 years of job related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Plant Engineering and Maintenance staff in the department.
• Plan and establish work schedules for direct reports.
• Oversee and support company policies in area of responsibility.
• Develop and lead area related activities aligned with company goals.
• Monitor safety, environment, quality, cost, and productivity; lead problem solving.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Coordinate projects and present proposals to management.
