Job summary

Flex--n--gate is seeking a reliable press operator to make changes, adjustments and operate automatic stamping presses in line with work instructions and quality standards. You will ensure stamping accuracy and maintain equipment safely on the production floor.

Responsibilities include overseeing press setup, monitoring production for quality, verifying first piece is released with proper paperwork, completing required production reports and assisting with die changes on stamping lines to meet

Qualifications

• Experience with automatic, transfer or progressive stamping presses preferred.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, set up and operate automatic stamping press
• Monitor press operations to ensure quality product is being produced effectively
• Verify first piece product is released and all paperwork is completed accordingly
• Complete production reporting required paperwork
• Use of overhead crane
• Assist in performing die changes
• Assist in other areas on stamping lines to achieve production plans
