Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America in the United States, Georgia, seeks an Equipment Maintenance Stamping Maint Specialist to oversee stamping shop maintenance, troubleshoot PLC-based systems, and drive downtime reduction.

The role requires practical experience in automated plants, installation of equipment, and familiarity with electrical/mechanical drawings. Travel may be required. We offer growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

More than 3 years maintenance career in automated plants.
Trouble shooting ability for PLC based automation equipment.
Ability to understand drawings and specifications of electrical, mechanical systems.
More than 1 year stamping shop maintenance in automotive industry.
Holders of mechanical or electrical certifications.
AB PLC program and control circuit experience.
Experience installing, designing studies, paperwork, inspection and testing new/modified equipment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, monitor and perform technical processes in stamping shop maintenance.
Report on status of tasks at start, during and after completion.
Develop action plans to meet maintenance indices (Downtime, PM Plan & Actual, Equipment monitoring).
Prepare training plans for team members to reach skill targets.
Execute annual operation plan and report status of tasks.
Support managers to encourage teamwork and resolve conflicts.
