Job summary

Autokiniton is seeking a Production Supervisor to supervise and coordinate activities across production areas for optimum efficiency and profitability. The role focuses on meeting customer, plant and management requirements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The candidate will lead production personnel, implement preventive maintenance, manage scheduling, and enforce MIOSHA/regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with manufacturing methods and process improvements.
• Proficient with machine troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of SPC and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates and prioritizes activities of Production Coordinators to meet customer, plant and management requirements.
• Supervises, coordinates and prioritizes activities of production personnel to meet customer, plant and management requirements.
• Oversees overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
• Controls and minimizes labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses.
• Provides leadership and training to accomplish company goals and objectives.
• Implements and maintains preventive maintenance programs.
• Reviews/orderliness and housekeeping to maintain company standards.
• Maintains punctual and regular attendance.
