The Cigna Group is seeking a Stakeholder Experience Advisor to translate feedback into practical improvements across employees, members, providers, clients, and other key groups. You will partner with leaders to connect data, business insight, and experience metrics to actionable recommendations.

As a Stakeholder Experience Advisor, you will serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant, connecting feedback, data, and business insight to practical recommendations. You will help leaders understand stakeholder needs, improve experiences, and strengthen service delivery, operations, and business outcomes across employees, members, providers, clients, employers, brokers, and other key groups.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 93,200 - 155,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
