Job summary

Stake is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for a three-month, onsite assignment at our corporate office in Irving, TX. This entry-level role offers exposure to accounting and finance within the multifamily space, with regular office hours and two shift options.

As part of the AR team, you will perform data entry in CRM, handle invoicing queries, and support general bookkeeping tasks while learning our systems and processes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
• Multifamily experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to apartment communities to confirm invoice and account information
• Field inbound calls from apartment communities and, when needed, renters
• Answer questions and complete data entry in our CRM
• Handle general administrative and office support work across phone, email, fax, and internal software
• Perform basic bookkeeping and update internal accounting systems

Stake is hiring an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for a three-month temporary contract. This is an entry-level, onsite role in our corporate office. If you've worked in apartment leasing or multifamily and want to move toward accounting and finance, this is a solid place to start.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, onsite. No weekends. Two shifts available, pick one:

• Morning: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

What you'll do
