Job summary

Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician in Philadelphia to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain stairlift systems in customers' homes. You will work independently within a defined territory, deliver high-quality service, and support safety and mobility for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or hands-on technical trades.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in residential settings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain stairlift systems in customers' homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and annual safety inspections.
• Explain repairs and provide maintenance guidance to customers.
• Manage schedules, work orders, and documentation using a mobile device.
