This full-time role includes paid training, daily vehicle prep, on-site problem solving, and opportunities for overtime bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, HVAC, or related trades.

Accessibility Installation Technician

Location: Houston Central to Galveston
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday overtime)

We provide paid, hands‑on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. When our team meets goals, you’ll also have opportunities to earn performance bonuses that can increase your hourly pay.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and load your company vehicle each morning
• Install, maintain, and repair accessibility equipment
• Work directly with customers and answer questions on‑site
• Enter job details and inventory into our system
• Participate in paid training and skill development
• Work independently or alongside a teammate
• Complete projects that typically last a few hours to a few days (no overnight travel)
• Occasionally work Saturday overtime
• Use company‑provided tools and equipment
