Aerotek is seeking a skilled TIG Welder for a first-shift, permanent role in Burnsville, MN. You will weld stainless steel components, read blueprints, and work in a clean, organized facility with a team that values quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience.
• Experience welding stainless steel.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel components.
• Complete butt welds with occasional piping and specialty welds.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Weld standard and custom product configurations.
• Produce high-quality welds while meeting production schedules.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and specification compliance.
• Work on short production runs with varied parts.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with handling and positioning materials up to 50 lbs.
