Job summary

Industrial Trade Services is seeking experienced pipefitters for a project installing and fabricating 316 stainless steel piping from 1/4″ to 1-1/2″. The role requires reading isometrics, blueprints, and piping layouts, with precise measurement, cutting, threading, and fit-up for welding.

OSHA 10 is a plus and per diem is $120/day. Ideal candidates will have strong pipefitting skills with stainless process piping and the ability to work closely with TIG welders to ensure clean, accurate

Qualifications

• Industrial pipefitting experience with stainless piping.
• Ability to read isometric drawings and piping plans.
• Experience preparing pipe for TIG welding and assembling components.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and fit 316 stainless pipe from 1/4″ to 1-1/2″.
• Read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, and piping layouts.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, and prepare piping for installation.
• Layout and fit pipe, fittings, valves, and related components.
• Perform accurate pipe alignment and fit-up for welding.
• Work with stainless steel tubing and small-diameter process piping.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist welders with proper fit-up and positioning.
• Inspect completed work for proper alignment, dimensions, and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all OSHA and project-specific safety requirements.
