Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong technical/acumen to assess and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery; understand basic electrical and mechanical components.
• Working knowledge of production equipment used within the department.
• Willingness to learn and use SAP for production and scheduling functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production in the Stainless & Nickel Department, reporting to the Operations Manager.
• Review schedules, equipment operation times, and staffing to meet priorities.
• Execute production priorities and update weekly production schedules and work order sequencing.
• Proactively identify issues; lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safe, productive, and compliant work practices; move materials and manage tooling.
• Supervise department personnel on the assigned shift; maintain performance records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Methods, Maintenance, EHS).
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and regulations.
