Qualifications

• Experience implementing KPIs and KBIs; familiar with SAP and lean methodologies.

• Implement and maintain cost controls to drive reductions and optimize resources.
• Identify and resolve production floor issues to minimize disruption.
• Address employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain quality standards and drive product excellence.
• Manage personnel movement based on qualifications and restrictions.
