Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in order staging, logistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of METRC manifests is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the preparation of orders for delivery.
• Compile driver paperwork including load sheets, invoices, and METRC manifests.
• Verify orders against invoices and METRC manifests.
• Load delivery vans and secure all items.
• Maintain accurate records of orders staged and loaded.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time loading and correct sequencing.
• Ensure daily logs show orders staged and ready on time.
• Track order status and coordinate with departments to process issues.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during staging and loading.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety policies.
