Job summary

Atos is hiring a Staging Center Manager to oversee daily staging operations, asset control, device imaging, and deployment readiness. You will lead a team of staging technicians and field engineers, ensuring high-quality rollout, strict compliance, and on-time project delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in IT operations with strong logistics and asset management experience, plus leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. Onsite in Dixon, CA with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
5+ years in IT operations, deployment services, logistics, or related delivery.
Leadership or supervisory experience (2+ years).
Experience managing hardware deployment and asset management.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee daily staging center operations.
Develop and implement processes for receiving, staging, configuring, testing, shipping, and returns.
Ensure deployment schedules and project deliverables meet SLAs.
Lead staging technicians and field engineers; drive quality and safety.
Coordinate with procurement, project management, and customer stakeholders.
