Stagehand | Part-Time | Cross Insurance Center

We offer comprehensive solutions for a range of world-class venues, including arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble, disassemble, and operate stage equipment.
  • Load and unload props and materials.
  • Set up lighting, props, microphones, and musical equipment.
  • Move and rearrange furniture.
  • Clean up stage and backstage areas before and after performances.
  • Report to the Steward upon arrival for an event.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old.
  • High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of theatrical tools, equipment, and systems.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as per event schedule.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy loads, walk, stand, crouch, bend, and reach.
  • Stand and walk for 4-6 hours.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate between $18.00 to $22.50. Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and matching for part-time roles.
