This position is dedicated to providing World Class Service for all Cross Insurance Center parking lots during events. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, safeguarding guests and employees, and maintaining a positive first impression through excellent service. Physical activity such as standing, walking, and climbing stairs is required.

The role offers an hourly wage of $18.00. Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and matching. Applications are accepted continuously with no deadline.

Responsibilities include:

1. Controlling and monitoring entry to parking lots
2. Providing guests with a positive first impression and World Class Service
3. Monitoring parking lots for safety and security
4. Providing directions and venue information
5. Directing guests and employees to parking spaces
6. Maximizing the number of vehicles per lot
7. Responding promptly and courteously to comments and complaints
8. Handling cash and maintaining security of cash
9. Maintaining a neat appearance during shifts

Qualifications:

• Prior parking experience preferred
• Customer service and cash handling skills essential
• Polite, friendly, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Physical stamina for long periods of standing and walking
