As a member of the Guest Services Team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience, creating memorable moments. Your responsibilities may include ushering, ticket scanning, providing customer service, and greeting guests. You will help guests with directions and information, ensuring a safe, fun, and friendly environment.

This role offers an hourly wage of $15.50. Benefits for part-time roles include a 401(k) savings plan and matching. Applications are accepted continuously, with no deadline.

Responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming fans with a positive attitude at gate entry
2. Scanning tickets to verify entry
3. Assisting guests in finding their seats
4. Monitoring for hazards and reporting incidents
5. Enforcing policies and ensuring safety
6. Managing crowd flow and assisting with ADA seating
7. Checking IDs for age-restricted sales
8. Being familiar with emergency evacuation procedures
