Job Summary

The Stagehand's primary responsibility is to maintain order during events so that everyone in attendance may enjoy the event.

On-call, part-time, non-technical position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and at departure in a warm and inviting manner
• Interacts with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty
• Communicates to management in a timely fashion any guest compliments or complaints
• Assists with loading and unloading equipment as needed
• Is knowledgeable of venue layout
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
