Job summary

Insomniac Events, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a proactive Entertainment Wardrobe Specialist to join our wardrobe team for major events. You will prepare, organize, and manage wardrobe check-in/out, distribute costumes, and collaborate with performers during show run, rehearsals, and preparations.

The role requires hands-on sewing skills, the ability to fit performers, and a diligent eye for detail, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in fashion, textiles, costuming, production arts, or at least 3 years of relevant wardrobe experience.
• Practical skills in hand and machine sewing.
• Able to style and recreate a look from a photo/ description in a clear and defined manner.
• Hands on knowledge of how to repair costuming, accessories, & footwear.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows.
• Some travel may be requested.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize the wardrobe area for efficiency and speed.
• Assign, document, and recollect wardrobe items for entertainers at wardrobe check in/out.
• Work with performers during show run for costume distribution and styling.
• Fit performers to costume sizing.
• Provide grooming recommendations when required.
• Ensure final quality of looks using the wardrobe checklist.
• Assist with quick changes during setup and run of show.
• Repair, clean, and prep wardrobe for shows.
• Make alterations or mend wardrobe items as needed.
• Maintain wardrobe and related items; ensure safety.
• Documentation for maintenance and rotation of duties.
• Proper cleanup, repack, and storage after each show.
