Job summary

Homewood-Flossmoor High School is seeking an Auditorium/PAC Manager to oversee productions, coordinate facility usage, and lead the technical crew. The role includes budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring safety compliance for events in the Auditorium and PAC.

The candidate will design and program lighting and sound, supervise actors and technicians, and collaborate with the Activities Director to support a range of performances and student experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Technical Theatre - Design and Technology required.
• Experience coordinating productions in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate set design, props, and costumes with director before purchasing.
• Manage budget and production paperwork; coordinate service providers.
• Develop and post technical schedules for crews and director.
• Design and program lighting cues; coordinate sound and video needs.
• Supervise crew and actors during rehearsals and performances.
• Ensure facility safety and secure premises after events.
• Oversee costumes and properties inventory in mezzanine.
• Submit receipts and casting/program hours for credits.
