Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of PM experience in manufacturing or NPD, excellent communication, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence to enhance project execution and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or new product development.
• Experience with Stage-Gate or similar development processes; managing customer-facing projects is a plus.
• Strong ability to drive execution, manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.”
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development and customer projects from initiation through launch.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and reporting.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project execution by removing obstacles and driving decisions.
• Partner with Product Manager to evaluate trade-offs on scope, cost, and risk.
• Lead regular project reviews and cross-functional meetings.
