Job summary

You will plan, coordinate, and drive execution by managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk within the Stage-Gate process. This role requires strategic thinking, calm leadership under pressure, and the ability to accelerate progress across engineering, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or new product development.
• Experience with Stage-Gate or similar product development processes is preferred.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development and customer projects from initiation through launch.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and reporting.
• Drive execution by managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Facilitate project reviews, issue resolution, and cross-functional meetings to ensure progress.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to balance scope, schedule, cost, and commitments.
• Champion continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.
