The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) is a premier nonprofit tourism organization operating Medora’s iconic theater experiences in Medora, North Dakota. The Amphitheatre Deck Manager will supervise theater technicians, ensure safety, and coordinate stage operations across performances.

This role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a hands-on approach to troubleshoot and support all aspects of the Medora Musical backstage and stage transitions, including coordination with

• Previous theater experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a clean U.S. Driver's License.
• Must be fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and create solutions when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee stage operations with stage management to ensure quality of set, props and stage elements.
• Plan reliable scenery transitions with Stage West Scenic Artist and Technical Director.
• Coordinate stage operation needs with Theaters Manager; manage backstage hours and payroll submissions.
• Train and supervise theater technicians and backstage crew.
• Maintain a safe, clean backstage environment for cast, crew, riders, and animals.
