Job summary

CACI in Sterling, VA or Jessup, MD is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to lead execution and growth of advanced national-security technology programs for DoD and IC customers.

Reporting to a Program/Portfolio Director, you will own cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer relationships, translating needs into funded work while managing risk and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI POLY clearance.
• 10+ years of relevant experience including at least 5 years leading programs for DoD/IC customers.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar programs, contracts or task orders.
• Experience with program financial performance including revenue, margin, forecasts, EAC, staffing.
• Experience with system development, integration, production sustainment, or mission-support programs.
• Familiarity with federal contracting types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, or task orders).
• Strong communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Certification in PMP/ PgMP / Agile / SAFe / Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
