Job summary

CompleteStaff – Elkhorn, WI is seeking a Staffing Specialist / Recruiter to support light industrial, skilled trades, semiprofessional, and office roles. You will onboard new hires, interview candidates, run background checks, coordinate client interviews and orientations, and ensure weekly payroll is processed accurately and on time.

This role emphasizes customer service, organization, and a sales-oriented approach to recruiting.

Qualifications

• Prior office and/or customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with the sales aspect of recruiting.
• Manufacturing knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete new hire and applicant onboarding paperwork.
• Interview candidates and conduct background checks and assessments.
• Coordinate client interviews and client-specific orientations.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
