Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and place associates.
• Interview applicants legally and timely; assign jobs.
• Administer pre-employment tests and document results.
• Complete pre-employment paperwork accurately.
• Make quality control calls to clients and associates.
• Make outbound sales calls to market candidates.
• Communicate with sales staff on order status.
• Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary staff as needed.
• Ensure operations comply with policies and regulations.
