Staff Management | SMX is seeking a Staffing Specialist in Memphis, TN, to support the Territory Manager. Responsibilities include recruiting applicants, guiding them through hiring, matching with positions, and maintaining customer relationships.

The role is in a fast-paced environment with a focus on payroll processing and safety compliance. Offering weekly pay, benefits, and a 1st shift schedule, this position is available as temporary/contract or full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Occasional local travel; valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with customers and associates.
• Navigate ATS and staffing app JobStack.
• Enter inbound orders from customers into our system.
• Recruit new applicants and match them with open positions.
• Process payroll for temporary workers in a timely manner.
• Promote safety and compliance in all tasks.
