Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and/or sales experience necessary.

• Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office is required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships.
• Navigate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and staffing app.
• Enter inbound orders into the system.
• Proactively recruit new applicants.
• Process payroll for temporary workers.
• Promote a culture of safety.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
