• Partner with Payroll and HR teams to resolve onboarding or employee issues.

Job Description:

A well-established facilities services organization supporting clients across the New York Tri-State area is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Specialist to support high-volume recruiting and onboarding for field-based operations teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting, coordinating interviews, and helping employees successfully onboard into essential workforce roles.

What You'll Do:
