Surge Staffing in the United States is hiring a Staffing Specialist to join our growing team. This entry-level role focuses on sales and customer service while recruiting and onboarding qualified candidates for client needs.

You will source candidates through job boards, screen applicants, and build strong relationships with clients and temporary staff. The role offers full-time, permanent employment with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals
