Surge Staffing is seeking an energetic Staffing Specialist to join our Greensboro, NC team. This entry-level role combines sales, customer service, and recruiting to build a rewarding career in staffing solutions.

You will source candidates, screen, interview, onboard, and match talent with client needs while growing strong client relationships. The position offers full-time, permanent internal opportunities with room for career advancement and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals
