Surge Staffing in Ohio seeks a Staffing Specialist / Recruiter to support sales and client service. This full-time, permanent internal role offers opportunities to grow in staffing and workforce solutions.

You will recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, build strong client relationships, and contribute to successful placements. Local travel may be required; a practical, results-driven mindset is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed.
