First Roots – Wild Roots is seeking a Staffing & Scheduling Manager to oversee staffing across three early childhood programs. This is a leadership role that blends workforce planning with hands-on program support to ensure classrooms have the people and resources they need to thrive.

You’ll forecast needs, respond to call-outs, and balance competing priorities while coordinating with Program Directors and Operations.
