Heritage Hall in Rich Creek, VA is seeking a Staff Scheduler to help ensure residents receive the best quality of care. You will coordinate activities and schedules to support a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, some experience directing activities, and a valid VA driver’s license. The position offers day shifts, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Staff Scheduler Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in directing individual and group activities preferred
• Prior healthcare experience preferred
• A valid VA driver’s license
• Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively
