Job summary

Heritage Hall seeks a Staff Scheduler to help ensure residents receive the best quality of care. The role supports daytime scheduling and may require night and weekend shifts as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience directing activities, and healthcare exposure. A VA driver's license and clear written/verbal communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience directing individual and group activities preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid VA driver's license.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff to cover shifts and ensure residents receive quality care.
• Coordinate daily activities and manage scheduling constraints.
• Support operations to maintain timely patient care and family communication.
• Work the Day Shift 7a-3p, with nights and weekends as needed.
