The Staffing Resource Allocation Manager will play a critical role on our staffing team to ensure staffing and team utilization is being managed effectively in a high-paced, ever-changing environment. This position will be responsible for working across our six U.S. offices to define and implement creative solutions to staffing needs while ensuring that both business and talent development needs are met. This role intersects People and Operations, sitting within the HR department while reporting into the COO’s office.
This role will require the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders as well as interact and build trusted relationships across all levels of the firm.
The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

This role is based in our Boston office and follows our hybrid work model for U.S. offices. We require employees to be in their assigned home office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week, as well as the first Friday of each month.
